​Taylor Maounis began her dance training at the age of four at a local dance studio in Staten Island. She was lucky enough to start training with Beyond Dance since its opening in 2004, and has trained with them ever since. Taylor is currently working towards her Bachelor of Arts in English Writing and a minor in dance at The College of Staten Island. She has trained with a wide range of choreographers and continues to take master classes any chance she can get. She was the lead choreographer in her high school’s annual "SING" for three years where she auditioned dancers and choreographed the dance portion of the show. Taylor has been an assistant teacher at Beyond Dance since the age of fourteen where she was able to learn from knowledgeable teachers and choreographers. She is so excited to be able to bring her passion for dance to her students and is looking forward to not only continuing her training as a student, but now as a teacher.
