Nicolle began her dance training at the age of four and has had a passion for dance ever since. She has been a part of the Beyond Dance family since its opening in 2003, first as a student and now as an educator and choreographer. Throughout the years, Nicolle has trained in a variety of styles, studied with numerous choreographers and renowned instructors, and continued her dance education through master classes, conventions, and teacher training opportunities. She has furthered her dance education by attending the Rhee Gold DanceLife Teacher Conference and the Dance Teacher Summit, as well as completing the Dance Educators of America’s Teacher Training program.

Nicolle holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing with a Minor in Dance, as well as a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education in both General and Special Education. She currently works as a Public School dance teacher for the New York City Department of Education, where she teaches students across multiple grade levels and choreographs for school performances, special events, and celebrations. Additionally, she oversees and directs the school’s holiday and end-of-year performance productions, guiding the creative vision and execution.

In addition to her work in public education, Nicolle continues to share her love of dance at Beyond Dance. As a choreographer, her work has received recognition and awards at dance competitions, and she has created and choreographed performances for festivals and community events. She is passionate about creating memorable performance experiences for dancers of all ages and abilities while helping her students develop confidence, artistry, and a genuine love for dance.

After growing up at Beyond Dance, Nicolle is incredibly grateful to now have the opportunity to inspire the next generation of dancers in the studio that helped shape her own love of dance.
